Citygate is in Beckenham, South East London. We’re quite close to several train & tram stations or, if you’re coming by car on a Sunday, there’s a free car park just opposite. Click here for directions.
Service times
We have 2 services every Sunday at 10.30am and 7pm.
But I’m not a Christian…
That’s fine! You don’t have to be a Christian to join us, in fact each week we have people visiting with different backgrounds and beliefs.
Is there a dress code?
No, just wear whatever you feel comfortable in. We have a variety of different cultures and nationalities represented in our church as well as a variety of ages and styles. Some people like to dress up while others take pride in dressing down!

Is there anything for children?
Yes we believe it’s important for kids to have fun while they’re at church so we have a range of groups for children up to the age of 13. Our teachers are all trained and CRB checked so you know they’re in safe hands! click here to find out more
So what should I expect?
The Citygate band will start the service with a mixture of contemporary songs that are sung in many churches around the world. We like our music loud and our lights bright! The words will be on the screens so you can either join in or enjoy watching. The children’s church starts after the praise time so you may see a few kid’s practicing their air guitars! After the praise there’s an inspiring talk that will give you practical Bible wisdom for every day life.
