We're so honoured to welcome Ps Rod Plummer to Citygate.
Ps. Rod is truly known as a “training pastor”, having raised up and discipled hundreds of leaders who are now serving and training the next generation in all areas of ministry. In response to God’s call, Ps. Rod and Viv (along with their two sons) left a large, thriving church in Toowoomba Australia to plant a new church in Tokyo, Japan.
Their heart is to inspire, mentor, and equip hundreds of young Japanese and foreign leaders to minister to the needs of people not only in the greater Tokyo area, but throughout Japan and beyond.
If you’re a parent of a child in secondary school, Sunday 30th September is your opportunity to meet the Citygate Youth Team and small group leaders over lunch after the 11.30 service.
Come along to find out a little more about what happens on a Friday evening at Youth, get to know the leaders, and ask any questions you might have. All the family is welcome, even younger siblings. We hope to see you there.

On Sunday 4th February we will be having our annual Firstfruits offering during the morning meeting, as we want all who make up the "Family" of Citygate Church to be richly blessed during the coming year. This will be a token of thankfulness to the Lord for His incredible goodness during 2017 and an expression of our trust in His provision for 2018.
As a church, every year we commit to fast throughout the month of January. January is a time to regroup and go again; it is a time to stir up our Spirit of faith; it is a time to lay aside our busyness and focus on Jesus; it is a time to redefine our goals, purposes, motives and methods; it is a time to lay aside sin habits and “weights” and run with everything in us the race set before us.
Prayer meetings are every Monday evening through January from 7.30pm.
